A native of New York, Hillary made Washington, DC her home after falling in love with the city during her tenure as a Howard University Scholar and Lacrosse Player. She owns several homes and investment properties and shares her passion for developing underrepresented millionaires.
Driven by a passion for people, Hillary uses her highly leveraged network to advocate for both affordable housing, smart development, and for increased values in neighborhoods that have been traditionally overlooked. She is eager to help at any stage and provide professional guidance. Stephanie has extensive knowledge and experience in Short Sales, REO's, and Reverse Mortgages sales.
Jamie trotter
Jamie started her career in Real Estate in Real Estate finance immediately after college in 2007. After purchasing her first home in DC it sparked her love of the process and she decided to become an active Realtor. Soon Jamie's friends and family were coming to her for real estate advice and she quickly realized how much she enjoyed helping the people in her network navigate and find their future homes.
As a Buyer Specialist with Kore Property Group, Jamie assists her clients in navigating the complex buyer’s process from start to finish. As an area native, she has lived in various neighborhoods throughout the DMV and assists her clients by listening to their needs and preparing them for success in the market.
Outside of real estate, Jamie is passionate about family, coaching soccer, and public health.
